"The hotel was convenient to La Rambla (about a block), so it was away from a lot of the noise. There are 2 little restaurants/bars near the entrance so you can conveniently get something to eat at a reasonable price. It is not as retail oriented and crowded as the Gothic Quarter on the other side of La Rambla, but is only a short walk from there. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and I highly recommend paying for the breakfast option if offered. It had eggs, cheeses, meats, pastries, breads and juices along with 2 coffee drinks per person. It is a couple blocks from the Columbus statue and 50 minute walk to Sagrada Família. Taxi to the cruise ships was about €15. We felt safe and the only negative was a small basketball park close by that had games into the evening."

"The room was not ready when I got there and I had to put my stuff in the locker, which was quite hard because I had a lot of luggage. I’d like that the hotel was energy, efficient and that they recycle staff was friendly."

"No A/c in rooms, had to request some fans, if you want quite sleep dont accept the street side, very loud, day and night. The shower is scolding hot then freezing cold.... and keeps going like that throighout the shower. Other then that it was good location, staff was amazing, lots of restaurants and stores around and a min casino across the road"
