Welcome to Maramia – Your Boutique Retreat in Sant’Agnello

Maramia is a stylish, fully renovated boutique apartment offering four spacious bedrooms in a prime location—just a few hundred meters from La Marinella beach in Sant’Agnello. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to the town center, restaurants, and public transport.

The Space:
Located on the second floor of a charming historic building (with elevator access), this quiet and bright apartment was completely refurbished in 2025. It spans approximately 150 square meters and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

Inside Maramia, you’ll find:

4 brand-new bedrooms: 1 with a king-size bed, 3with standard double beds

A comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, perfect for two additional guests

4 full bathrooms, one of which features a double shower and wellness waterfall for cervical massage

2 fully equipped kitchens, each with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine

A welcoming living room

One bed can be converted into two singles upon request (with at least two days’ notice)

A lovely outdoor terrace for relaxing or dining al fresco

The Neighborhood:
Via Crawford is located in the heart of Sant’Agnello, an elegant and peaceful town on the Sorrento Peninsula, just minutes from Sorrento. This area is known for its refined residential atmosphere, lined with tree-shaded avenues, charming Liberty-style villas, and stunning views of the Bay of Naples.

Via Crawford is named after the American writer Francis Marion Crawford, who lived here in the historic Villa Crawford, now a religious guesthouse and cultural center. The street is lined with distinguished buildings and offers a serene setting, ideal for those seeking relaxation and beauty.

The neighborhood is strategically located:

Just a short walk from La Marinella Beach, one of the most popular beaches in the area.

Close to restaurants, cafés, and local shops.

Well connected by public transport, with Sant’Agnello Circumvesuviana train station and several bus stops nearby.

Getting Around:
Via Crawford 69 offers excellent access to public transportation. Sant’Agnello train station (Circumvesuviana Line) is just a short walk away, providing direct connections to Sorrento, Pompeii, and Naples. Several bus stops are located nearby, and the Port of Sorrento, with ferries to Capri and Naples, is just a quick transfer.

عناصر نالت الإعجاب: النظافة

FABULOUS

We were extremely happy with our stay here. Beautiful rooms with pretty views of the hillside and the quaint Italian street. Easy walking distance to the ocean and yummy restaurants as well as a short 20 min walk to get into the heart of Sorrento. You could see sunset and the water from the balcony. It was absolutely stunning. Special shoutout to the walk in shower with two rain shower heads. A fabulous place to spend some time in the beautiful city of Sant'Agnello
