"Excellent location, breakfast needs to be improved. "

"3 night stay in Rome. The hotel is in a quiet area of Rome tucked up a size road a few minutes walk from Circo Massimo. We arrived after travelling by 2 trains and a bus and waiting at the front door as it was locked. After about 5 minutes the door was opened by the receptionist. No warm welcome, offer of a welcome drink or apology for the wait at the door. We completed check in and went to our room. We had booked a Junior Suite but were presented with a large room with 2 double beds. It was more like a family room than a junior suite. The hotel and room is decorated in neutral colours which makes it feel subdued and calm but the lighting is way too bright and not positioned well. There were other issues with the room so I went and spoke with reception and was told they were busy and no other rooms were available. A note was made for a manger to speak to me the next day. The room required some maintenance as there was a fair amount of paint damage, the shower valve and head were not in good condition and the dressing table had several marks that looked like burns. The second double bed had also seen better days. I was hoping I would be contacted the next day to resolve my concerns. I was not contacted and didn’t feel I should have had to chase this down. Sadly we didn’t not experience the warm friendly atmosphere here that we have in many other parts of Italy we’ve visited. On a positive note the hotel was clean and had really good breakfast options."

"This Hotel has a lot going for it.. At a glance it may seem a litle out the way but its really not.. Arguable, it's the perfect distance from from the centre of Rome. You are a 10minite walk from a Metro and only 15 minites walk from the Train station should you wish to get a train from Leonardo DaVinci Airport You can literally walk into the centre of Rome within 30minutes and if you dont mind the walk can walk as far out as the Vatican City within the hour. If youd prefer you can get the Metro to Termini, chamge line right upto within 10minutes of Vatican. Theres a great restaurant around the corner from you (Romeos) and another one accross the road (Pecorrino) however, this one it is advised to book in advance should you wish to have dinner. The Hotel itself is really clean, the rooms are spacious and the balcony is a great addition ahould you wish to sit out on a night with a glass of wine. The windows come with shutters. These are superb at blocking out the morning sun The staff could not be more helpful, offering directions, recommendations. Even helping you make a coffee at the self serve breakfast We will definitely visit Rome again and we 100% stay here again when we do Thank you to all Bob Ws "

"The room was great, the staff were all very nice and really helpful. Nice choice of breakfasts only issue was the cooked breakfasts were cold. Would prefer a little more choice of non pasta dishes in the restaurant and use of the spa could be free for guests and pay for treatments, apart from that really enjoyed perfect location "

"Room was very clean and staff were friendly. They helped us arrange transport to the airport at the end of our stay. The €20 baby crib was nice to have, but the mattress provided didn’t seem to actually fit the crib itself. Thankfully it didn’t bother our son. The location is very convenient for many of the main sites in Rome. "

"If you order a deluxe room, you are sent to another building that is not connected to a hotel. The deluxe rooms are in some office building/apartments where a floor has been turned to hotel units. If you need anything after a certain time, you have to get support from a sister hotel nearby. Hotel breakfast was good and service was good at the hotel breakfast. Julio made our mornings great. The staff at the sister hotel was also nice."

"Breakfast has huge variety of options and is fresh. Most of the staff is super friendly and very helpful; also bilingual. Both rooms we had were fantastic and enjoyable. "
