The location was good, about 2 blocks from the beach and about 3/4 of a mile from Stearns Wharf. The room was a good size, the AC worked well during the 96 degree heat. The continental breakfast was very convenient with a good variety of quality items. The walls for the rooms should have better insulation. We could hear the loud TV from the adjacent room.

We've stayed at this property before and like it because it's a couple of blocks from the beach, 5 minutes to Stearns Wharf and State Street and Good value for the money . You can tell that the owners and staff take pride with keeping things up to date and running smoothly. I highly recommend

We totally enjoyed our stay at this beautiful quaint hotel. Located on a beautiful tree lined street just north of Stearns Wharf and walking distance to the beach & Wharf. Upgraded amenities, continental breakfast with great coffee. They have use of a pool with a neighboring hotel, bikes, corn hole and a nightly fire pit. Beds are very comfortable, linens are wonderful. Fridge and small freezer, microwave and in room coffee. Bathrooms are good size, shower has 2 shower heads, including a rainfall showered. Small closet in the room. The decor in the rooms is top notch. I will definitely stay here again.

The motel was a lovely place to stay. Well maintained, friendly staff, and the location can’t be beat. The inclusion of breakfast was a plus, and a great way to start the day mingling with other guests and the staff. I highly recommended the Marina Beach Hotel. That said, the nightly rates increase significantly on weekends. It would make the overall experience more agreeable if the room rates were more consistent throughout the week, especially since the accommodations themselves don’t change. It’s hard not to wonder why the same room costs considerably more simply because it’s a weekend.

I was apprehensive about staying in a ‘motel’ but this place was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, the location was amazing, and the staff were phenomenal. If you want to stay close to the beach in SB, this is the place to be. It’s an adorable property less than a block from the ocean. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. They offer breakfast and bike rentals included with the room rate.

Beautiful location, convenience/amenities, wonderfully sized bed and bath. Definitely not your average, everyday motel. Staff were helpful and friendly to compliment our experience. Surprised by complimentary bikes for use, and pool access at sister motel/inn ‘the Franciscan’. Wish we could stay longer. Will definitely return in the future.
