This is a very charming hotel. The decor surpassed my expectations and the staff is so welcoming, kind and helpful. Breakfast was the cherry on the top. We didn't use the pool bit it looked super clean as was the rest of the installation. Everything was spotless, from the linens to the bathroom and everything in the room. Kudos to the manager for keeping this place like a castle. Definitely will go back to this hotel next time we visit Santa Barbara. Oh! And the beach is a block away. Just perfect!!!

I wanted a hotel close to the beach, clean and quiet. Indeed this hotel fits the bill. But it truly does not look like the images, we got a room that basically had a door and window to the garage in the rear of the hotel, I admit I did no even know that is possible to get a room like that on a $400+ hotel. Granted the bed was good and clean. But the common area for sure does not look very inviting. I guess stays are very expensive right now.... Make sure to read (they do inform you of this-but as it is an oddity you may miss it) the Lobby Hours- it is not a 24h lobby.

This hotel is just a 2 minute walk from East Beach! It is close to the freeway and some great food spots! The tacos and batting cages down the street are a must! The staff is very friendly and accommodating! The room was nothing fancy, but it was clean and spacious enough. It can be a bit noisy in the downstairs rooms; I could hear the noise from the people on the room above me, but nothing too annoyingly loud. There is plenty of free parking on the property. It has both covered and uncovered parking available behind the hotel. I will definitely stay here again!

The room wasn't big but the bed was comfortable. Parking was very convenient, the beach was a 5 minute walk away. Their breakfast basket was so thoughtful. I didn't use the pool but the pool area looked nice. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.
