"The staff at check in and check out were great, had no problems. They even let us check in an hour before actual check in time. The room was clean an loved the mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker that are available. The ice machine was just a few steps away so it was a great experience over all. We forgot a neck pillow in our room and when we called back they said they still had it. Unfortunately we had traveled too far away to return back but they were willing to hold it for my brother who is passing by to pick it up a week later from our departure. "

"Several things weren’t up to par considering the ‘glowing’ reviews we read before booking. Firstly, the staff were quite odd and unfriendly. Our bathroom had mould on the ceiling and the cleaners didn’t even fill up our conditioner or body wash so we couldn’t even shower. The walls are paper thin and we had cleaners shouting at each other outside our room before 8am so I don’t think staff care about guest experience at all. The ‘breakfast’ was the biggest joke of all - some lack lustre pastries, about five yogurts up for grabs and some waffle mix which ran out before we could even have some (we were down at breakfast by 8am so not sure why it had already run out and when we notified the person at the front desk, he looked annoyed that we had mentioned it). The somewhat of a saving grace is that it’s in a good location and it was nice that the rooms had been somewhat updated but I wouldn’t rush back nor would I necessarily recommend it to anyone I know. "

"Property was clean but is an older property and the rooms are outdated. No fridge and poor lighting in the room. Looks like they use different bulbs in all their lights but not very bright in the room. Not sure what was going on in the shower with the shower curtain being two long and all the soap and water building up on the shower curtain. Tv was setup on Pluto tv, not normal cable but they have Netflix and other choices to watch. I guess that’s why it’s cheaper than other properties. Staff was nice "

"Convenient location and parking is easy. They offer things like bikes and have a nice deck. The AC was a little tricky to figure out and the lock on our door was difficult to open with the key. Very bare bones and very little in terms of other amenities. Perhaps one of the best amenities is its location across the way from the Marriott which has a nice lobby, bar, and restaurant inside. I would say average to below average but the price was good. "
