The apartment has direct access to the shared garden with a view of the Dolomites. The small separate kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, cooking plate, coffee machine, small refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more. In winter the ski bus (in addition to the regular buses) stops approx. 200 m from the house and takes you to the Dolomiti Superski lifts in a few minutes free of charge (using the free tickets provided at check-in). Buses run at a variable frequency of one every 10-20 minutes. In summer the lovely communal garden with views of the Dolomites allows you to lie in the sun and enjoy the wonderful alpine breeze. The cycle path through Val Gardena passes just a few hundred metres from the house and will allow you to easily reach all villages on two wheels. The towns of Santa Cristina and Ortisei are respectively 1.5 and 3 km away from the house, both of which can be reached free of charge by bus, which stops approx. 500 m from the house. Also 200 m from the house you will find the next grocery shop, bar, restaurant and ski rental.
