The staff was great. The dryers were out so the staff was trying to accomedate as best they could. The ATM was also out so we couldnt tip housekeeping. Overall, the stay was great. They were working through unforseen circumstances.

I absolutely loved this property as it felt like a resort rather than a hotel. The staff was very friendly, the venue was spectacular especially in regards to the pool, bar, and restaurant, and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in Santa Cruz.

The hotel is really comfortable, modern, the pool was really nice to relax. The gym was great, they have a ping pong table which my husband and I love to play. The room was comfortable and clean
