The staff is amazing and especially the cleaning crew who were in constant motion making the place look & smell so clean. Our room was also clean & comfortable and although there’s construction going on across the street, the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel with close proximity to the beach and boardwalk made our stay feel like a real vacation

I will stay here when I’m in Santa Cruz. It’s so convenient, the staff is super friendly. I rented a suite and it was very nice. You get two rooms and that was a great option when traveling with family. See you next time.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern & clean. Great location across from the boardwalk. Really the only negatives were the noise from multiple doors opening and closing throughout the night and the lobby was difficult to get to. We had to back out of a cramped parking garage in order to park in the lot around back. Would recommend as long as you can tolerate the noise.

There was construction right across the street, the whole time I was. No breakfast on the property, cafe next door. Walkable to boardwalk, and local shopping.
