Inside, unwind in the cozy bay window with a good book, gather around the fireplace for games, or simply watch dolphins, surfers, and even the occasional whale pass by.
Stroll along the newly paved oceanfront promenade on East Cliff and grab a bite & coffee at the "Pleasure Point Cafe" around the bend, in a casual beach atmosphere. Fun fact: this area is home to the surf film Chasing Mavericks!
When you’re ready to explore, head to nearby 41st Avenue where you’ll find local restaurants, coffee shops, surf shops, bike rentals, and more—everything you need for the perfect Santa Cruz getaway.

- 1st level King suite and 2nd level King bedroom have Smart TV
- The home offers parking for 5 (3 cars in driveway and 2 car parking in garage)
- Wi-fi throughout home.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Kitchen, Dining, & Family Room all have stunning ocean views on 1st level
- Dining area offers seating for 6 plus 2 stools at the kitchen counter
- Outdoor dining offers seating for 8, gas grill, fire pit and 2 lounges

- Moran Lake Beach is just a quick 2-minute walk away! Simply head down a few homes and access the sand from East Cliff. Please note, there isn't direct beach access from in front of the house. Sometimes the sand does sit in front where you can access from main beach.
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced). We are very respectful of our neighbors. This home is your retreat for rest and relaxation
- NO PETS
- We may have landscapers, pest service and other property maintenance done. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves in gate to service as needed.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc).
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and garage.
