  • Beautiful, cosy country house "Can Toni Mari". 2.5 km from the centre of Sant Carles, 6 km from the centre of Sta. Eulària des Rius, outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 5 ha with trees, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 120 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.). Outdoor shower, pergola (14 m2), terrace (150 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Bumpy motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop "Cala Llenya" 300 m, sandy beach 3 km. Nearby attractions: Cala Nova 2.8 km, Cala Llenya 3 km. Please note: car recommended.

Fijn, degelijk op een unieke plek

Een praktisch huis, met alle luxe (zwembad) op een unieke plek. Alle rust op maximaal 30 min rijden naar alle plekjes op het eiland.

Beautiful home

What a beautiful villa. The outside area is just like paradise. The villa is perfectly equipped, with all mod cons. The owners are a lovely couple. They checked in on us a couple of times to ask if everything was ok, but otherwise we were left to enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful area.

Calme & Proximité

Une maison fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre. Tout l’équipement nécessaire, un jardin extraordinaire, le calme aux alentours. Des propriétaires très sympathiques, discrets et souriants. Aux petits soins avec nous. Seul bémol, le manque d’indication pour trouver la maison.

Perfect week in Ibiza

La villa est située dans les terres avec un accès facile en voiture. C’est un véritable havre de paix. Pas de vis à vis, pas de voisin à proximité idéale pour se ressourcer. La villa est très fonctionnel. La piscine est un vrai plus pour profiter des apéros et barbecue sur la grande terrasse. VICENT est un hôte de qualité.

Woning in het midden van de natuur

Hebben genoten wat deze woning te bieden had. Op het eerste zicht proper maar kan stukken beter. De badkamer mag vernieuwd worden.

La zona esterna della villetta è molto bella, zona piscina con barbecue coperto e terrazza solarium, tutto immerso in una splendida vegetazione. La parte interna ha un arredamento un pò datato anche se funzionale

Haus mit Pool

Ein sehr gepflegtes, sauberes Haus mit Pool und großem Garten ,ruhig gelegen. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Eigentümer, der die Schlüsselübergabe machte, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlendswert!

Maison retirer de san carles de peralta dans un havre de paix ...le top Le propriétaire a été très gentil , le seul bemole les meubles sont vieux et la literie pas top .. La piscine bien , c'est surtout l'extérieur, l'atout de la maison

Quiet Private Great area

Great for privacy and quietness. In my opinion it was my favourite place on the island but you do need a car. Approx 4 mins by car (and most of this is getting along long unmade track to the villa) to local small village that has a few lovely shops and restaurants. Little train picks up in car park to take you to beautiful small bays although we drove everywhere. Generally we parked ok but it was October and suspect it would be a problem in high season. Approx 10 mins drive to Euralia is local big town and we thought it was the best town on the island - lovely marina. Finding parking was tricky. Easy to navigate unspoilt spots all around northern half of island. Pool at villa is a good size and bar b que purpose built. Lovely thoughts such as a second fridge outside by the pool for meats and beers. We were a couple and found it cosy but it was traditionally furnished and def not minimalist and modern. Everything worked - all electrical goods provided. Good wi-fi. Not the place to go if you like St Antoni but great for accessible seclusion. Vincent the owner was lovely and totally respected our privacy. Thank you Vincent. We had a great holiday.

Parfait, le lieu est reposant et proche de la plage ou des points d’intérêt de l'île. On a aimé pouvoir se reposer et passer du bon temps autours de la piscine, avec son barbecue

Gut

Das Haus liegt sehr schön idyllisch im Grünen.Es ist in Guten sauberen Zustand und wir haben sehr schöne Stunden dort verbringen können. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
