Really great condo with Southwest decor and all of the amenities you could ever need. Really comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing in Santa Fe.

The unit was nice but could use some new Living room furniture. The views were spectaculer of the city and mountains. The communication wasnt to good. Maintanance came in without knocking and said they didnt think anyone was there they were very professionable about it and had to replace a furnace part. Also cleaning person came in without knocking a day early and said he thought we checked out.

Great Home Away from Home

Great home with all you need. Comfortable and all the details thought of for an away from home experience. Candles rather than fires. Well stocked kitchen. Overhead noise from condo above.

The property is one of many condos in a small complex. Our bottom floor, corner unit is burrowed beneath ground level on 1 1/2 sides. Kind of dark inside, coming and going. It has two bathrooms, one tub/shower. But the bathrooms are miniscule, compounded by laundry area. The parking area is sloped downwards at an incline, and lacks enough parking spaces. But this is all of the negative. The furniture is ample. The place was exceedingly clean. There were an incredible amount of supplies - everything you'd have in your own home. Dinnerware selection huge. A spice rack with 25 spices. Excellent new refrigerator and laundry machines. As an example of how well stocked - laundry soap is provided, stain remover, hangers, etc. To sum it up, I'd say it' a great place to be when it's dark outside, but not where you'd like to spend the day.

No te dan las reglas hasta 24-48 hr antes y si no firmas cancelan sin reeembolso. reglas bastante ambiguas No puedes prender la chimenea, estrictamente prohibido. Tienes que ir al área común. El área común está muy descuidada, las banquetas levantadas y al elevador le urge una trapeada. A la habitación necesita cambio de colchón y regadera. No está tan espectacularmente limpia, pero en el contrato de dicen que las chicas tardan 5 horas en limpiarlas y si no la dejas considerablemente limpia si no te cobran extra además de claro pedir propina. Hay elementos de limpieza pero no todos, por ejemplo nosotros compramos jabón para lavavajillas y papel higiénico. Tienen máxima y mínima en el clima asi que si eres friolento pues ni clima ni chimenea. No hay personal que te ayude en cualquier duda. Tienes que hablar por teléfono a un call center con varias opciones. Y esperar que alguien se comunique contigo. Si vas a quedarte aquí investiga las reglas primero por qué también tiene para el número de carros y a la alberca
