As you arrive, a dedicated off-street carport welcomes you, leading up the steps to the inviting porch. Step inside the great room, a charming warm wooden A-frame structure adorned with classic New Mexican brick floors. Natural light streams in through numerous skylights and windows, creating a cozy ambiance. Ground-level windows are fitted with top-down bottom-up shades, ensuring your privacy while maintaining the space's luminosity.

Beyond lies a spacious, fully equipped kitchen boasting ample storage and a bathroom featuring a custom-tiled shower. For added convenience, a full-size stacked washer and dryer are also available.

Adjacent to the great room, discover a tranquil wood-floored bedroom and sitting area, complete with an expansive closet. This property has a minimum 30 day rental period but could be more cost effective than many 7 day rentals out there. Generally speaking, we only book on the calendar month due to our inability of leaving a gap between stays. Guests have access to the entire building and adjacent outdoor areas but not the outdoor storage shed.
