The Lincoln 502 is a fully-furnished, luxury vacation rental, located on the top floor of The Lincoln, a five-story building in the very center of Santa Fe. Relax and indulge as our VIP guests and rest assured, here at The Lincoln, you are as “Downtown Luxury, and Santa Fe Style,” as you can get. The Lincoln 502 provides expansive views, quiet, security, and convenience in a beautifully decorated penthouse setting, all situated less than one block to the Santa Fe Plaza. From your king-bedded master suite, you can watch the sunrise over the Sangre de Cristo mountains, see the aspens change color around the Santa Fe Ski Basin, and plan a walk to the Cross of the Martyrs or Atalaya ridge, all in plain view as you enjoy coffee on the east patio. On the south balcony, comfortable furniture will invite you to settle in and imbibe the famous New Mexico pinon fire scent, cobalt blue sky, and blood-red sunsets, along with views of the Plaza and western mountains.

Superior craftsmanship and design have been poured into this wonderfully appointed residence, which features an open floor plan, a king bedroom, a stainless steel appointed kitchen, a spacious and sun-drenched living room, original artwork, and floor-to-ceiling balcony doors to capture the views. The master suite offers a king bed, complete with a sitting area, gas fireplace, desk with great views (if work must really be done), hi-definition Fire TV, spacious bathroom, with two vanities and a large walk-in shower, separate water closet, and frosted glass sliding glass entry door, allowing light to cascade into this lovely space. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with the latest high-end appliances, well-stocked cooking utensils, and plenty of counter space for preparing delicious southwest meals. Open loft-style ceilings, hardwood floors, air conditioning, designer cabinetry, granite countertops, custom bathroom tile, private balconies, and a utility room complete with a washer and dryer are just a few of the amenities in store for you at The Lincoln Residence 502.

One parking spot in the lot adjacent to the Lincoln Building is included with your reservation. It is a private off-street lot and you will receive a parking pass for entry and exit. The lot cannot accomodate over sized vehicles.
