Our room #108 was next to “something “ mechanical that ran periodically all throughout the night for about 1 minute- enough to wake us up. In room coffee service was 1980, awful. Television menu was 1980 as well. Will definitely go to another property next year."

"Great location! Our view was outstanding. We were right next to the Loretto Chapel and see the cathedral from our balcony. I appreciate how quick and efficient the valet service was. We also loved Nick our bartender at the living room. Very personable and efficient. Highly recommend staying here."

"This is a lovely hotel in a great location. We stayed during cusp season when days and nights are getting hotter but it’s not full-on summer. Ability to Cool the room was non-existent. Two nights without much sleep certainly challenges a holiday trip. I was told both mornings that they were working on it but I wouldn’t have a great deal of confidence. There are not individual room controls. It is a wonderful historic hotel!"
