No pets allowed / No groups of young people / No parties allowed. The rural house Ca Na Inés is located in a quiet area, between Son Serra de Marina and Colonia de San Pere. The property consists of a main house with an annex, which contains a studio, equipped with two single beds, air conditioning, a corner with sofa and TV, bathroom with shower. In the house itself, there is a living-dining room, free wifi, fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher etc. There are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms with bathtub. There is also a separate laundry room. Before and behind the house, there is a covered terrace. In the garden, a swimming pool of 8x3,5 m, surrounded by lawn and with sun loungers completes the house. Here you will also find the barbecue, as well, near the terrace.
