Villa Son Fullos

Spectacular Mallorcan finca with 40.000 m2. The house is located near Santa Margalida (North of Majorca) and Can Picafort. Ideal for those who want a quiet holiday, as it is in a rural area near the sea. Villa Son Fullos is a typical Mallorcan country house with a sunny swimming pool and a very large private garden, surrounded by trees and shrubs that provide a pleasant shade and a beautiful orchard.



Distribution

The property has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, patio and terrace, max. 6 persons. The 9x5 meter pool has sun loungers, garden umbrellas, a table with chairs and an outdoor shower, garden, barbecue, grill and a beautiful garden



Comfort and services

 WIFI internet available. Air conditioning inside the rooms on the first floor. Table tennis table and basketball basket available.

Cleaning is included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from taking care of the property. Nothing will be detracted from the deposit as long as a reasonable use of the house is made.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.

Un jardin plein de couleurs

Nous sommes arrivé tard mais le propriétaire etait resté pour nous dire quelques mots.Le lendemain nous avons decouvert un jardin magnifique et une piscine propre et très agréable et chaude en cette fin de mois de mai.L'interieur est rustique mais avec tout pour passer un bon sejour. Nous avons meme eu droit à quelques oeufs de nos voisines gallinacés, offert par le propriétaire avec une bouteille d'huile d'olive du champ voisin.5/6 min pour trouver une superette au village.Les autres attractions sont entre 20 et 40min de voiture.Nous avons passé un très bon sejour.

Lovely remote peaceful villa

This is a lovely, very remote villa. Not the easiest to find with Google maps but worth the trouble. So peaceful, good facilities. Lovely pool. Has everything you need for a great relaxing holiday. Very well equipped. The owner is very friendly and works very hard to keep the property maintained beautifully. No English but we got by no problem. The owner is there everyday tidying, watering the garden, emptying the rubbish etc but it wasn’t a problem. The only thing we wished we had been warned about was the ants. They are militant and will seize any opportunity for a snack. If you don’t leave food out and sweep up after yourself you can manage them but it is worth being aware. The other thing to note was that the villa is in two self contained apartments and the largest bedroom is downstairs. We were a family of 5 and the children didn’t want to be separated from us so luckily we found that there was a sofa bed upstairs which we used instead of the downstairs bedroom. Once we explained to the owner we were all sleeping upstairs they were brilliant bringing in extra bedding to make it more comfortable and making up the sofa bed properly. All in all we didn’t want to come home and would give anything to go back.

Wunderschöne, gepflegte Anlage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen rundum entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool ließen keine Wünsche offen (kleine Einschränkung war das total quietschende Bett in einem Schlafzimmer). Wir würden das Objekt wieder buchen.

Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa Son Fullos. Das Objekt war genau so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben.

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermittlung war super, es gab immer sofort eine Antwort. Die Besitzer brachten uns Obst und Eier. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Brot Platte, die wir dankend angenommen haben, da wir erst um 23 Uhr im Haus waren. Alles war sauber. Die Küchen Ausstattung war riesig, so dass wir für 6 Personen immer viel Spaß hatten beim kochen. Das Objekt ist super zu empfehlen. Danke für alles.

Amazing

Property is ideally located in a remote and tranquil location yet within 5 minutes drive of shops and 15 minutes from a beach. The property boasts stunning views of the countryside and a large spacious layout with a great sized pool. The owner doesn't speak English but was extremely friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this property to others.

Perfekter Erholungsurlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Das Haus umfasst alles, was man benötigt. Die Küche ist schön groß und geräumig. Beide Schlafzimmer im oberen Bereich (separate Wohnung oben) sind sehr gut ausgestattet und beinhalten jeweils eine Klimaanlage. Das Schlafzimmer in der unteren Wohnung ist mit einem Ventilator ausgestattet. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und die Verwaltung super hilfsbereit! Nahezu jeden Morgen gab es frische Eier oder frische Melonen aus dem Garten. Der Garten ist ein Paradies mit privater Poolanlage. Die Tiere auf der Anlage verleihen dem Urlaub einen ländlichen Flair. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut getroffen. Im Großen und Ganzen absolut empfehlenswert für einen ruhigen, entspannten und traumhaften Urlaub! Vielen lieben Dank an die Eigentümer und die Verwaltung. Toller Job!

Entspannter Urlaub, Tolle Finca, Nette Leute.

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in einer schönen Finca mit riesigem Areal drumherum. Der Garten und Poolbereich war sehr schön angelegt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch der Kontakt zur Agentur war super. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.

Hard to find something better

We were all so pleasantly surprised from the booking process to over delivery of the property. Our kids loved the pool, I could grill almost everyday, the air was so fresh and there were no noisy party tourists. The sandy beaches of Alcudia are nearby and the house offers more than enough fresh towels. One of our best holidays to date.

Schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Sehr schöne mallorquinische Finca mit großzügiger Anlage und ansprechendem Pool in ruhiger Lage bei St. Margalida mit zuvorkommenden und super netten Hauseigentümern. Wir haben nichts vermisst und wurden täglich morgens früh mit frischem Obst und Eiern vom eigenen Hof bedient. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Tolles Objekt mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Flair absolut authentisch - eine ECHTE mallorquinische Finca mit riesigem Grundstück und tollem Pool. Es fehlt an keiner Entspannungsmöglichkeit (auch mit schwimmfähigen Kindern ). Ob liegen am Pool, entspannen in der Hängematte mit Ausblick über die Berge oder gemütliches Sitzen auf einer der Terassen - alles ist möglich. Die naturvolle Stille ist von der Flugschneise allerdings etwas gestört. Der Besitzer und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und versorgen einen täglich mit frischem Obst ( Melonen, Feigen,...) oder frischen Eiern direkt von den dort lebenden Hühnern. Alles in allem ein kleines Paradis für im Alltag gestresste Menschen, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit im Urlaub suchen und doch schnell für ein paar Stunden mallorquinischen Touristentrubel erleben wollen. Märkte, Restaurants, kleine Fischerorte und wunderschöne Strände sind in 15 - 30 Minuten zu erreichen.

A little piece of heaven

A little piece of heaven, just what we needed, close enough to the major towns and attractions. The facilities were excellent and the pool with the spectacular views were excellent. Being in the countryside meant that there were few neighbours and so very quiet. This was the best villa we have been in for the last few years. Would defiantly go back again.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit.

Diese wunderbare Finca aus Familienbesitz ist wahrscheinlich kaum mit anderen Objekten vergleichbar. Man hat hier wirklich seine absolute Ruhe und wenn es einem nichts ausmacht, in die nächsten Ortschaften ein wenig fahren zu müssen, ist man hier richtig. Idylle pur erwartet den Gast, die frischesten Zitronen, alle Kräuter der Welt und Ein Meer von Blumen. Nicht zu vergessen ein wirklich sauberer Pool. Das Haus ist total autentisch und schön - ich würde, wenn ich mal wieder im Norden wohnen wollte, dort auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
