The rooms were very outdated, and they never sent me the pdf with the rules. It never was mentioned we couldn't have guest in our room and were rudely told when we had someone who wanted to visit us. The women working in the front desk were rude and couldn't even say good morning. The only pleasant employee was the older gentlemen.

Location was excellent but the amazing service is what made this place so outstanding. Was greeted warmly and the young lady at reception was so quick to assist with a smile. She gave us instructions and guidance immediately and answered all our questions with no hesitation. This review is in comparison to all the other mediocre experiences I had during my stay in many hotels during my trip in the Oaxacan coast.

I’m pleased with the property facility and convenience location to the beach. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with facilities requirements. The only bad thing regarding this hotel is very loud at night as it’s right on the club and bar area of Zicatela Beach.
