The hotel and its immediate surroundings (swimming pool and garden) were well maintained. The rooms very clean incl bathroom and the staff very friendly and helpfull. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Wonderful wonderful,family operated hotel. It was truly a honor to stay and feel so welcomed with only warmth . The food was fabulous that we ate dinner both nights. The staff was terrific . Would stay there for a month if i could . I felt like we were at home. Rooms were charming

Nice hotel - we stayed for 2 nights and everything was good. Great pool and we ate dinner in the restaurant both nights. Food was nothing to get excited about but no complaints either. Breakfast was good. Very few of the hotel staff speak much English but we managed!

It’s out of the way and you would need a car. The hotel and its staff are friendly and helpful. Food and its quality are plentiful. Choice at the evening meal is good and the food well presented. If you want to stay in the Etna area this is ideal.

A nice hotel family owned and on site 20 hrs a day. The food is good and you are treated like royalty. The breakfast is awesome! The beds are comfortable and clean! The view of Mt Etna is right outside of the back of the hotel and our room. After 4 nights it felt like home.

Nice hotel in the "middle of nowhere". Very good restaurant and service. Only minus that they have to close swimming pool too early, already at 18.00, because of preparing tables for outdoor restaurant at swimming pool area.

This Nice Hotel is a lil old and not in the City, 25 min outside, but i have to say, its very very clean an you have the opportunity to eat in the Restaurant a la Carte or in the restaurant beside also Pizza and Burger. This Hotel we chose because it was the center of everything we wantet. (its not far to Etna Vulcano, to the outletstore, to Taminia and also to Catania and the Airport. We will come again.

Beautiful hotel overlooking Etna . The food is great and with lots of choice . Brilliant for my wife who uses a wheelchair and the accessible room was really good . Difficult to find with the sat nav provided on the hirecar so beware of this . Use your mobile to find it . Has to be driven to as out of the way but what a view .

Sicilian perfection

A wonderful traditional family-run hotel and restaurant, welcoming to tourists and also well-frequented by local families. Excellent food, wonderful service, a pool area with views of Etna, there was so much to love! A little away from the usual tourist areas, St Maria di Licodia is an ideal location for exploring Etna and travelling into Catania or Taormina though you will need a car. The team at Hotel Ristorante Paradise are very welcoming and genuinely make the effort to ensure you have a wonderful stay.

They cleaned our room daily with fresh towels. Something you can’t find state side without asking anymore. Staff was accommodating and friendly all around. The food was surprisingly good and the same people worked everyday. They work like a family. Great job guys. But English is hard to come by. So know some basic words in Sicilian…..

The property is family owned and you can tell. The attention to detail and excellent service were impressive. And our dinner at the property was the best we had in our whole month vacation. It was soo good!! Highly impressed. I will definitely remember that night. If you are ever visiting Catania this hotel should be your top choice!!!
