"This is nowhere near a 5* establishment: Inexistant parking nor valet, closure of the pool for an event, moldy smell within the room for which the reason was “it rained this week it’s normal”, no refill of water by housekeeping it’s a do it yourself. When calling reception to obtain a bottle opener the response was also you have to come pick it up yourself and more. "

"Thank you for a perfect stay I have stayed on many parts of the island and have stayed in palma nova torrenova and Calvià around 15 times over 30 years and this is by far one of the best huge selection of food / drinks staff amazing maid 5stsrs location central but away from crowds beach over the rd lots of sunbeds highly recommend "

"My husband and I booked this hotel for a 4 night stay and it was absolutely perfect! We don't like staying in huge, noisy, soulless places, and this place ticked all the boxes. Our room was beautifully clean, a good size and well presented. The breakfast was superb and it was a lovely touch to be able to have access to free chilled filtered water and coffee and tea 24hrs a day. The pool area isn't huge but it's excellent - always sun loungers available, clean, with shower and toilets, and in the sun all day. We didn't use the bar but it looks lovely too and has a large pool table. The hotel is situated on a quiet back road, tucked away and surrounded by a beautiful garden, yet a mere 5 minute walk from the beach and a huge selection of wonderful restaurants and shops. Best of all we're the staff who were so helpful and smiley. We're definitely going to return here - great value and so peaceful. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay!"
