This marvelous retreat has decks on all three floors with over 1,000 square feet of just porch! Admire beautiful Gulf views no matter which deck you are on. The second-floor deck hosts an outdoor dining area and an inviting seating area with comfortable sofas and the third-level deck has plenty of chairs overlooking the water.

This air-conditioned retreat offers a breezy open floor plan with wall-to-wall windows allowing you to admire the Gulf even from the inside of the home. The inviting living area has three comfortable sofas and a large smart TV with cable. The gorgeous marble dining table seats eight people comfortably and there is space for two more at the kitchen island. Speaking of the kitchen, it's been beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, built-in stove and oven on the island, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the cookware needed to prepare delicious meals and beach snacks. When ready to venture out, your home is located just minutes away from the shops of Grand Boulevard, Vue on 30A, and all of the galleries, shops, and restaurants of Gulf Place Town Center.

Security camera details: One camera is located on the back of house to view the beach, not pointed at any private areas.
Other camera is located beside front door as a doorbell camera.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
