You’ll love The Palms at Seagrove C2 which sits on a 25 foot bluff with gorgeous views of the sparkling Gulf and it’s dazzling sunsets. Ground floor guests also enjoy the grassy terrace and most convenient beach access.

This recently renovated condo boasts beautiful kitchen, updated bathrooms, walk-in master shower, king bed (New Mattress Oct 2022), flatscreen HD Smart TVs with upgraded media package and hallway bunks.

After a day at the beach enjoy a dip in the pool, walk or rent a bike and ride to Seaside to enjoy the wonderful shops and restaurants along 30A.

Bike rentals just across 30A and chairs/umbrella rentals available beach side.

The BEST!

This was the perfect place for our family of 4! Beautiful views, easy beach access, and perfect location on 30A. Matt and Katy were the most amazing and helpful hosts we’ve ever had! We will always recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit 30A!

We really enjoyed this rental. Condo was updated and clean. Proximity to the beach is excellent. The only thing I would say (not really a complaint) is the beach/ocean view was obstructed by overgrown vegetation.

Immaculate condo for a relaxing waterfront stay at the beach

We love this condo because it is beautifully decorated and as a ground floor condo, you literally walk out to the beach. It is easy to go back and forth from the beach all day. We Will definitely stay here again!

Easy to use!

Great easy-to-use place! Park right in front, very short walk to front door on ground floor, and you're in! No elevators, no stairs...just a small curb. Well equipped. Easy beach access. Centrally located to many places to eat and play! We'll be back!

Great Beach Getaway!

We loved staying in this condo at The Palms. The owners were super responsive if we had questions and the condo was beautiful. It was perfect for our family of four and our kids enjoyed the bunk beds. It was so nice to be able to easily walk down to the beach located just steps away. Staying here made our beach vacation so relaxing, with easy access to Seaside for dinner too. We loved it!

Great Last-Minute Getaway

Wonderful location, spacious (for a 1-bedroom), and just a few dozen steps from the water! We very much enjoyed our last-minute getaway and the property was perfect. Well-stocked, comfortable, and very clean. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

We were very happy with the accommodations and the owners of the unit. When I reported a minor issue with a loose shower rod, the owners took immediate action and it was replaced first thing the next morning. We're very glad we were able to spend our vacation in a unit owned by such friendly, responsive owners.

Exceeded our expectations. Clean, updated, everything worked. Great location, no stairs just walked out and go to beach. Since it is a smaller complex the beach in front in not overcrowded . Plan to stay again

BEAUTIFUL!!

What a awesome place to stay. It is close enough to all the dining and activities for a short walk or bike ride. When I hear "on the beach", this is what I am wanting. From the back door to the sand is less than 30 yards. Owners were awesome and quick to respond.

Wonderful experience!

This was our first stay in the Santa Rosa Beach area. The accommodations were perfect for my husband and me! Loved sitting outside on our little patio. Watching the water, catching some rays and reading. The kitchen was very well appointed. We were close to any type of restaurant we could ask for! We will definitely be back next year! Thanks to our hosts the Lacey’s!

Great Location and Owners

Had a great time with our family, the space is pretty tight but the biggest reason to stay is the location and access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, the parking was easy with lots of spaces and communication with the Lacey's was very easy. Only area that could be better is the community pool, it is clean and easy to access but is small and in full sun all day...so it got warm easily and a bit awkward if multiple people are using at once. Not a fault of this listing, but a downside for the condo complex.

Steps to the beach

We absolutely love the location of this condo! Not only was it beautiful on the inside, it was so convenient to the beach with having a bottom floor condo with only steps to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect location! Private beach!

Beautiful condo! Exceeded my expectations. Extremely clean and very welcoming. Instructions on how to access condo was clear and concise. Was there a few days alone until my husband could join for the week and felt extremely safe. Ended up not renting a bike since everything I needed was in walking distance. Best part was being right on the beach!
