DETAILS: 1,2,3 and to the Shore is a 4–bedroom, 4–bathroom WaterColor. Guests will enjoy the home’s outdoor fireplace and sitting area and 2 large, screened porches. Located by the WaterColor Tennis Center and a few steps from a footpath that crosses into Seaside, this home has access to all of WaterColor’s amenities.

A front porch gives guests the option to enter 1,2,3 and to the Shore through a screened side porch or the front door. After spending the day swimming and playing, the porch is a lovely spot to drop wet and sandy gear before heading inside. The porch has ceiling fans, a flat-screen TV, an outdoor living area, and a low table perfect for card games. Please note: Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
