Nice / Clean — Requires Attention to DetailBeautiful, clean and bright home … the LSV and bikes were great for getting around …didn’t use the kitchen much, but it certainly seemed to have everything we needed … check in was simple … had nearly all the things we tend to check off. Things that would elevate this cute / promising home—- Beach towels—to be fair, not advertised as having them, but at the very least, tell folks they should pack them … (BYOB-T?). Interestingly the visitors guide … which was pretty nice / informative … advertised they provided 12 beach towels … the management company confirmed this was an error …- Provide a broom / dustpan … small vacuum … again, you’re at the beach, so sand is plentiful … and we like to keep things tidy, was surprised no broom …- Only 2 of the 5 TV remotes (4x TVs and 1x Roku) … had any batteries …. ie, batteries not dead … just missing ….- 2 Lightbulbs burnt out — 1x in downstairs bathroom / 1x in upstairs bathroom … when you’re getting yourself ready, it matters- Landscaping … weeds growing up through the pavers … a LOT of them … not a ‘you came in on the the tail end of the weekly cycle’ kind of growth …The only thing we contacted the rental management company over was the lack of beach towels … the other things were detractors to what is a great little house. In the end, would we come back … absolutely.
