Mimi’s Beach House has just been completely renovated. The furniture, bedding, fixtures, and appliances are all new. The main level living area was designed around the stunning ocean views. A wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors look out towards the beach and the turquoise sea. Three plush, neutral sofas create a comfy space for lounging and socializing. A built-in entertainment center includes bookshelves filled with beach treasures, storage cabinets, and a large, 70-inch flatscreen television for catching the game or binging your favorite TV show.
Your family will love the remodeled and expanded kitchen that is open to the living area. A spacious island has bar seating for six people. Beautiful cabinets and quartz countertops are accented with stainless steel appliances and a gorgeous subway tile backsplash. The chef in your group will adore the gas range. Your crew will linger at the island after breakfast and make plans for the fun beach day ahead. Just off the kitchen is a dining space with seating for eight people. Around the corner from the dining room is a queen bedroom suite with a private bathroom and balcony.
On the third level is the spacious master suite. An elegant king-size bed with a tufted headboard lies underneath a soaring vaulted ceiling and faces a 55-inch flatscreen television. A glass door leads out to a private balcony space overlooking the beach. The ensuite master bathroom features a large soaking tub, separate step-in shower, and double marble vanity. Two other bedrooms on this level have private patios overlooking the picturesque neighborhood. A second bedroom on this level has a King bed and private bathroom. The queen bedroom has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a laundry nook that can be accessed from the hallway. A new stacked washer and dryer allow for easy access if needed.
Back downstairs on the ground level, the garage is stocked with all the beach time essentials— including 10 fluffy beach towels, 8 beach chairs, and 5 boogie boards and a second washer and dryer. On the garage level is a cool hang out space with a leather sofa and a 42-inch television that’s great for gaming or watching movies. Nearby, a bunk room has a built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds. Each bunk is equipped with lights, cubbies, and charging stations with USB ports. Kids of all ages will love this private, cozy space. Across the hallway is a full bathroom with a step-in shower.
Mimi’s Beach House was designed for ocean lovers. A large deck off the main living area has plenty of seating, so you’ll want to spend some quality time here— relaxing, chatting, reading, or simply enjoying the breathtaking views and the sounds of the ocean. There’s also dining space here, so grab your morning cup of coffee and sip it as you watch the sunrise. In the evenings, you’ll want to host memorable family dinners outside with the sound of the waves.
You’re only a few steps away from a private beach for the warm sand and crystal clear water of Dune Allen Beach.
