A beautiful listing with a relaxing private pool and comfortable sleeping for 12 in the quiet Blue Mountain area.
"Coral Reef" is just a short walk (no golf carts needed) to two beach accesses and the sugar sands of the Emerald Coast. With plenty of shopping and restaurants, you have everything you need for this oasis stay. Kids and parents will enjoy frozen treats at Blue Mountain Creamery just around the corner. If you want to venture out, "Coral Reef" is just a short drive to Destin, Seaside, or PC Beach. Enjoy the activity, but return to peaceful Blue Mountain Beach for a relaxing getaway. The First Floor features Bedroom #1 with one full and one twin bed in a fun nautical theme. There is a full bathroom adjacent to the bedroom.

The open living space on the first floor is newly furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room with lots of windows, providing beautiful natural light throughout.
The Laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen.

Second Floor--#2 Master Bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom, Gulf view.
#3 Bedroom has two Queen beds and a private bathroom and access to the wrap-around porch.

Third Floor--#4 Bedroom has one Queen bed and a private bath. Enjoy beautiful gulf views from the third-floor private deck.

Carriage House--#5 Bedroom with a King bed and a private bathroom. The carriage house includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.

All bedrooms in the main house open up onto the porch.

The pristine pool is surrounded by a large private area perfect for entertaining friends and family. A private outdoor shower with hot and cold water is soothing after a long day at the beach. The pool can be heated for a fee of $25 a day or $175 a week. Please contact the owner if you are interested in having the pool heated. The pool size is 20 ft by 13 ft. and 5 feet deep.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed the space - enough for the 12 of us. Good seating areas. The pool was excellent and put to good use due to the beach flags. Short distance from the public beach access. Lovely time spent with family.Some of the beds are showing

We had the best stay in your beautiful home! We loved having the extra kitchen in the carriage house and the extra fridge. The pool area was incredible! It was such an easy walk to the beach too!

A gem

Everything about this place was wonderful! Rhetta was timely on answering questions before our arrival. Julie was great about answering a few questions while we were there. Pool was heated to a very comfortable temp. The heated outdoor shower was great to get sand off. The house was very clean! We found how difficult it is to keep a beach house clean with all the sand and had a new appreciation of how clean the house was when we arrived. The walk to the beach and ice cream shop is very close. We walked to rent bikes and rode around for 2 days. Would recommend this house to anyone!

Great home and location

We had a great time with family and friends at Coral Reef. Communication was excellent and we had everything we needed for our stay. Enjoyed the pool, and easy access to beach, bike path, trails, and local restaurants.

Best vacation!!

Overall everything was exceptional. We did pay to have the pool heated and noticed it was not but as soon as we notified someone to come out, they had it fixed within two days and promised a refund. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The distance for the private beach is totally worth it. The house maybe older but it’s super cute, and beds were comfy. We will definitely be back!!!

Lovely Coral Reef House

Family of 7 so enjoyed this large and beautiful home. Hubs and I agreed to be in the carriage house which turned out to be delightful…quiet…away from the adult kiddos…did I mention delightful! Beach was fabulous- not too crowded and just beautiful. We were never able to enjoy the pool as the water was just too cold. The patio area is very nice. Our rookie stay in Blue Mountain Beach- we will be back. Many thanks to Miss Rhetta and Miss Julie.

Perfection. I’d give Coral Reef 6 stars if I could.

Perfect in every way for family vacation. Blue Mountain Beach is quiet and laid back. Property is very short walk to the beach. House was spotless and well maintained. Generous amount of starter supplies. Kitchen was well appointed - we ate in every day. Great location for the grandkids. Checkin was a breeze and Julie the Consierge was responsive and attentive. This was a great value. Very happy

Pleased With House and Location

Location of the house was on a quiet street and close proximity to the beach. When we first arrived, the air conditioning in the carriage house was not working properly and the battery on the key pad on the side door needed replaced. Both issues were handled quickly and efficiently. The location of the house is within walking distance to the creamery, the bakery, the souvenir shop, as well as other places. Rhetta, the owner, was very prompt in any questions I had prior to our trip and Julie, the manager, was helpful with the issues we had after we arrived. All-in-all, our stay was good and a lot of memories were made.

Family vacation

We brought our family here for our 40th anniversary. We loved the space the house provided! The private pool was enjoyed by all but especially our grandkids! Short distance to the beach and the wagon and toys they have at the house really helped out! There are two beach accesses, we recommend using the east access as there were fewer people. The Blue Mountain Cremery was a favorite spot to hit. We felt safe walking or running for exercise. The walking/biking trail was close by. Thanks for the memories made!!

Best Kept Secret

We love Blue Mountain Beach! This is by far the best property we've stayed in. We had seven adults and 3 boys under age 7. Easy walk to beach. Lots of good beach stuff provided. WE loved leaving our stuff strowed out at the private pool. Plenty of room for everyone. Thanks for basic supplies provided! They were beyond adequate! Easy checkout instructions. Julie was a pleasure. Creamery every night. WE ate locally; Local Catch, AJ's. Several of the crew ate at Cowboy Kitchen every morning! Thanks for everything!

Perfect Family get away

This home is perfect for a family. Close access to private beach. 4 min walk from home. One block from ice cream/ coffee breakfast and dinner areas. Home has beach chairs and your own pool. The best hot outside shower to rinse off sand from the beach before you jump into a pristine clean cool pool in the back yard.

Beautiful Week at Blue Mountain Beach

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Lovely Coral Reef. The weather was absolutely perfect, beaches not too crowded. The home itself is magnificent and one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The rooms are spacious, the house was very clean, the pool area was absolutely perfect. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Coral Reef - Great Location

Just back from a week long stay at the Lovely Coral Reef. This is a fabulous property situated right off the beach front (5 minute walk) in Blue Mountain Beach. Location is very convenient also to several restaurants and retail. Property was found as described and is perfect for a "family & friends" vacation stay.

Enjoyable Escape

We had a wonderful visit to the Coral Reef in March 2024. We had a group of 10 including kids, parents, and grand parents. I would have no hesitations visiting this property again. I am breaking this review into 4 parts: Property, Communication, and Location. Property The Coral Reef was exactly as described, and we loved the space throughout. There was enough privacy for all, and the common areas were sufficient in size for all. The outside space is excellent with the private pool, patio, and wrap around porches. The carriage house is a great separate space if anyone needed privacy. The only part I could see someone not “loving” about the space is that it’s not luxurious…you aren’t getting high end furnishings as an example. That said, the total package with the property is excellent. Communication Rhetta and Julie were great. There were no issues with responsiveness on the front end of the trip, or during the trip. There were some minor things that popped up, but Julie was all over it when raised. Have confidence in the team running the rental. Location Easy walks to the beach, ice cream, bakery, restaurants, and Convenience stores. I also walked in the state forest nearby. The local Publix was 5 minutes by car, and WalMart was about 10 minutes. There is some high end retail shopping in Sandestin not far away, and Destin itself was 40 minutes. If you are comfortable walking, this location is convenient.

AMAZING !

What a wonderful location and property. Cleanest place we have ever stayed. Paper products provided. Pool and beach toys plentiful. Julie was our contact person and she was always on the ball and helped us tremendously. A huge shout out to property owner for allowing us to use their property and their great cleaning crew. We walked to the beach every day sometimes twice a day. We walked to ice cream shop everyday. Quiet street. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds comfortable. Appreciated the use of your games, puzzles and books.TVs for everyone to watch their own shows. Loved the quiet white sandy beach that went on for miles. Will definitely return. Our family of 10 had plenty of space to be separate but together. We ranged in age from 68 to 4. Safe quiet place to take a young family. Highly recommend this property.

60th birthday trip!

What a fabulous week celebrating our 60th! Perfect house for 8 of us! We loved the proximity to the beach. We loved the pool. We loved the grill. We loved renting bikes from Big Fish bike rentals. We loved the beach chairs and umbrella that were there. We loved the bedrooms with lots of bathrooms. We loved the local restaurants. We loved having Publix and Walmart so close. We just had a FABULOUS time!! Thanks for sharing the beautiful house with our group!

Absolutely perfect family vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property! Photos don’t do it justice. House was clean and the location was perfect - five minute walk to the beach! My kids loved the private pool and there was plenty of space for everyone in the house. Property manager was super responsive and sent a handyman over right away when the outdoor lights weren’t working. Only issues was that the oven wasn’t clean so the smoke alarm went off every time we opened it, and the grill also was quite dirty so we didn’t end up using it. Otherwise 10/10 and would absolutely stay again!
