Just a short walk from the ocean, this family-friendly house is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including central AC, washer/dryer, and a cozy king bed. Book your stay now and create unforgettable memories by the sea!

Inside, you’ll find everything is bright and fresh. Abundant natural light, an open floor plan, and stylish, modern furnishings combine to create a relaxed coastal vibe. The sleek kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a large standalone island, and lots of space for meal prep. Grab a bite together at the dining nook or around the island, then settle in on the sofa to watch a bit of TV. Can’t agree on a show? No problem - each of the three bedrooms has a TV as well. More vacation necessities include central air and a washer/dryer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great visit!

I was very pleased with our stay. Location was perfect, the house was spacious and beautiful. The only thing I’d say to improve upon was the “coziness”. They didn’t have much pillows or any blankets for the couch. If there was a couple lamps with a few blankets it would’ve been perfect imo! Overall though it was pretty great!!
