Absolutely amazing stay! The location is perfect. We loved walking to the beach and riding the bikes to Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park. Jim’s place is very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed is so comfortable too. We enjoyed having a glass of wine on the outdoor deck overlooking their beautiful backyard-we even saw a few white-tailed deer. We definitely feel recharged after our trip. We can’t wait to go back!

Jim & his wife have done a wonderful job decorating this beautiful place. They have thought of everything. The bed was so comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything you would want or need for your stay. This beautifully decorated carriage house is the perfect size for two people. This is a repeat stay for us in this beautiful coach house. It is very nicely decorated and well equipped... kitchen, laundry, deck with grill... everything you would need for an almost luxury stay for 2. Jim’s charming cottage checked all the boxes. Bike ride or walk to Seaside. Same for the beach! We rode the accessible bikes to the tennis center several days during our stay. This property is a hidden gem! It was beautifully appointed and Jim was a fantastic host--very communicative, responsive, and generous.
