Private Deeded Beach, Pool
Blue Mountain Beach is the absolute BEST! We love that you can walk to the DEEDED beach access in 5 minutes. Famous Blue Mountain Creamery is just across the street. My favorite is the Banana Pudding ice cream. Have breakfast or lunch at Cowgirl Kitchen or Blue Mountain Bakery, both just a short 5 minute walk. Bikes can be rented at Big Daddy’s located walking distance from the condo. You can also find this information in the Welcome book inside the condo.
Beach Access Shuttle: The shuttle just goes to the beach access and back to the property. It picks up and drops off near the elevator of M1 and elevator of M2. The shuttle takes you only to the Redfish Village private beach access and back to the condo. The beach shuttle operates daily on-demand.
Rather than schedule your vacation around a ride our private shuttle will drive you to and from the beach, as needed. When you see it you can just climb aboard or call a few minutes ahead and it can either take you and your party down to the beach or pick everyone up. The shuttle runs from 10am to 5pm.
Beach Access - A private gateway and vista to the beach is easily accessible via a short stroll, bike or ride on our open air shuttle. Private men's & women's restrooms for use of owners & guests. Utilize the outside showers to wash off or rinse sand off your feet.
Redfish Village is the only condo on 30A that has individualized restrooms, showers, and dedicated beach access. Chair and umbrella rental services are available during season.
NATURE PRESERVE AREA: Redfish Village is one of the most Eco-friendly environments along 30A. It was designed and developed to keep nature a focal point of our community.
Big Redfish Lake: On the East side of the Redfish Village property, is a protected coastal dune lake with an abundance of natural habitat. Enjoy a drink or meal down on the lake or feel free to fish off the dock. Access to this area is limited to owners and guests of Redfish Village. Enjoy the unique opportunity to experience small gatherings, fishing, and environmental events overlooking a rare coastal dune lake. Big Redfish Lake Promenade - An elevated boardwalk that connects the pool deck to Redfish Lake and the overlook area. Preserve Area - Besides Big Redfish Lake on the North and East side of the property is a protected ecological area with walking path. This area has limited access and a series of preserved growth areas and protected vistas at the perimeter of our property.
AROUND REDFISH VILLAGE Swimming Pools - There are two heated pools, with ample deck space, lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas for sunbathing, relaxation, and gathering. An outdoor kitchen and kids play area are all nearby. Children's Playground - Positioned conveniently next to the pools, children can enjoy this dedicated play area with swing set, seesaw, and covered play-set with slide.
There are some months in the off season that you can do a long weekend stay. You will need to contact me first in order to do that. June, July, Holidays , School breaks all require minimum 4 night stay.

We have stayed 5 other times in 2 different units at Redfish and this was our favorite unit to date! We hope to always be able to stay at Christy and Frank's unit. The bikes, beach towels, beach equipment, and every other little amenity that others don't think of were such an added bonus that made our trip that much better! I highly recommend it to everyone!
My family and I stayed here for 4th of July and had a wonderful stay! The location is great and the condo was immaculate. We had plenty of space for our family of 5 and had beds we didn’t even use. Christy was a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions I had. We ended up renting a golf cart instead of using the shuttle but we saw people using it without issues. The beach was beautiful but definitely busier than we expected it to be, however it was 4th of July week. We will definitely be back!
We loved our stay! The condo was amazing. We had everything we needed upon arrival. The owners provided bikes, beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs, tent & buggy. The beds were so comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for those times we did cook. The bathrooms were so roomy. Any questions I had were answered ASAP. The location of Redfish Village is perfect! We were so close to beach (walking or golf cart). So many places to eat all around. Would highly recommend Redfish Village Tacos. We will definitely be back.
Owner was very responsive, answered all my questions and concerns quickly. The condo was amazing, beds were extremely comfortable, the best I've ever had at a rental! Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need for cooking meals, lots of space to spread out with a family of 4 kids and 2 adults. My kids loved spreading out in the bedrooms and bunk room!
Short walk to the beach, we used the shuttle a few times to go back and forth during the day and they were quick and very nice. Condo had a beach wagon, chairs, and sun shade, so much appreciated since we were driving from the midwest! If we're ever back in the area we'll definitely rent here again, Cindy made is so easy for our family to enjoy the week at the beach, thanks so much!

1st of all Christy is amazing! She made sure everything was perfect for our arrival and texted us to make sure everything was perfect after we arrived. Every part of their condo is perfect since it is actually their 2nd home instead of a typical rental. My wife Susan was taking pictures of the labels on the amazing bedding and sofa so we could purchase the same for our home. We come to 30A 6 times per year and this is easily the most comfortable condo…especially the master bed. The private beach is well worth the 5 minute walk w/amazing private restrooms and so much space on the beach. Only 10 families most of the week on this huge beach. The public beach had hundreds of people. Absolutely a huge plus compared to so many crowds at the 30A public beaches. Would have cost twice as much to stay directly on the beach. Loved the place, loved the price and loved dealing with Christy.

Our family vacation was so comfortable & peaceful at this condo. So much room, bedrooms are comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, condo is sound proof. We loved the location. Close to our private beach dedicated to RFV. Christy is the most helpful hostess.
We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo is exactly as described and just like the pics. It is very well stocked. The master bed is probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The owner has thought of absolutely everything, from the biggest to smallest details, to make the stay extremely pleasant. We can't wait to return!
Christy and her family could not have been a better host for our last minute trip to Blue Mountain beach. To start, the location is fantastic with it being only a block from the beach. On top of that, there is Cowgirl Kitchen and Blue Mabel which are both fantastic, and also the Blue Mountain Creamery and the Shake shop both across the street from the condo. The pool was a lifesaver for us when the beach was too rough for swimming. On top of all of that, the condo basically felt like a real home, perfectly equipped with everything we needed. We were able to pack so light because it was all there! Christy and team have done an amazing job at setting the place up to be cozy, comfortable, and extremely clean. We slept so well, and it was extremely hard to leave. We would absolutely return if we can find an available week in the future. Thank you Christy!!
