LIVING AREA

The sunlit living area is furnished with a large sectional and two comfy armchairs. Festive beach decor captures the laid-back spirit of the South Walton area. Kick back and watch favorite shows on the 60” TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The modern kitchen offers an abundance of preparation space on the sleek granite countertops Sip drinks at the four-person island bar as dinner simmers on the six-burner gas range.

When it’s time to eat, the dining table seats 10 to coastal meals.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms and a bunkroom.

The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and a 32” TV. A twin-over-twin bunk bed in the large walk-in closet provides extra sleeping space. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The second and third bedroom each include a king bed, a 32” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The bunkroom is furnished with a queen-over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle.

A half bath creates additional convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Screened porches on the front and the back of the home provide a shaded retreat from which to enjoy the Gulf breeze. Sip morning coffee at the bistro table for two on the front porch or recline in a love seat with cold beverages at sunset.

The screened balcony showcases charming views of your quiet Dune Allen community.

Upon returning from the beach, an outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off. Prepare your catch-of-the-day on the gas grill.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for three cars are provided.

The unheated community pool is open year-round.

Located in the quiet community of Serenity at Dune Allen, enjoy a tranquil hideaway just 0.7 miles from the beach access point.

Take a scenic stroll around nearby Allen Lake. For a lakeside meal, pay a visit to Stinky’s Fish Camp.

An ideal location off of 30A provides easy access to gorgeous 27-mile trails, five state parks, and 15 coastal dune lakes. Discover upscale shops at Silver Shells Premium Outlets (7 miles) or Gulf Place Town Center (2 miles).

*One surveillance camera is installed at the side door. It is always on, is capable of recording sound, and will only begin recording video/sound when motion is detected near the camera.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
