This beautifully appointed Gulf Coast retreat is perfect for your next family getaway. Spectacularly light and bright, this home has three stories. It is in a gated community with an elevator, a ramp for accommodations, ample balconies, and a view of the community pool.

Paradise Palms is well-located for making the most of your time on the Gulf Coast. Greenway Station on 30a has a selection of restaurants, shopping, and coffee and ice cream shops, all within walking distance of the home.

Things to Know
Guests must be 25 years or old to book this property. This requirement is enforced and may result in extra cleaning fees and/or forfeiture of rental and fees if not adhered to.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fun Stay, weird communications

The house was absolutely terrific, clean with ample space for everything we needed. Plenty of bathrooms and kitchen supplies that ended up being very helpful. The location was also beautiful. The one issue was our wifi never worked. We called and called the manager and while they kept insisting they were sending someone to fix it, they never came in the 5 days we were there. There was then zero service for people with certain cell services, and dispute us consistently asking for help, we never got any. We still had a great time, but this a little frustrating and confusing

Loved the pool was right outside the backdoor. It was nice to have the golf cart too for visiting near by shops and diners!

Wonderful House!

This house lived up to our large group’s expectations for it, and the beautiful online pics accurately represent it. We were surprised to discover 2 trundle beds on the top bunk level. Extra sheets were available for the many beds; there were plenty of towels; and this was the most generously supplied vacation home of necessary paper goods and soaps I’ve ever rented. We loved the abundant decks, front porch swing, and the pool right in the back yard. You can fit 5 vehicles in the parking lot, but it is tight. The golf cart was great to have. There is no dangerous walk to the beach as an earlier review stated. The walk to the beach takes about 12 minutes right along 30A. There is no game table upstairs, but our young ones didn’t miss it. Our family loved this home, and we thank the owners for sharing it.

Mini family reunion

Cute neighborhood. Plenty of space for a group of 20. We loved the fact the pool was literally at our back door. The only negative for location, is beach access. Overall experience was great. Our family made great new memories!

Great home in perfect location

The house was clean and in a great location. Access to the beach was a 10 minute walk and easy to drop off bigger items with the golf cart. The second floor AC was not working though. Overall great rental!

Nice but a few shortcomings

Very nice house for large group. Mostly worked well, but the top level bathrooms had poor to nonexistent hot water, and the drain on one side was slow. Location of pool right next to house is a big plus. Trek to beach is a few blocks, but made better by complimentary golf cart.

Excellent floor plan for adults with kids

The house has an excellent floor plan for adults and kids. There are 2 large bedrooms on second floor, one queen downstairs, and a third floor game room/suite with 2 bathrooms and several bunk beds for kids. It was perfect. There is a working elevator to transport luggage or bypass the steps. Abundant balconies. The lower oven door does not close and needs to be fixed. Everything else seemed to be in perfect order. The beach access is a bit different and should be better explained when asked. The commute isn’t too safe, but you have to walk through shallow lake water twice to get to the beach. Felt a bit like a pilgrimage to the adults, but the kids found it interesting. Lol We ended up driving to inlet beach for the best beach experience with easiest access. We would rent this house again. We made lots of wonderful memories here. THANK YOU!!

Family Beach Reunion

Big house-- many options for sleeping. Pool directly behind the house- very convenient. Elevator handy for taking luggage to the 3rd floor & for physically limited guests. Golf cart useful for local errands. Needs some minor repairs & organization of the kitchen equipment. Driveway actually accommodates 4 (not 5) average cars & golf cart. Roomy 2nd floor bathrooms. Enough bathrooms for large family of 16. Nice porches including one screened. Enough dining seating for large family of 16. Lots of big windows for light. Quiet neighborhood away from 30A. A nice place to stay at Santa Rosa Beach area.

Nice place

Overall our group had a great experience! The house was spacious, clean, and the community pool being right outside the back door was nice. We had a few issues but nothing that greatly hindered our experience. The lower oven door was broken and stayed in the open position the entire time. We were told it was to be fixed during day 2 or 3 of our stay but it never was. We had no beach towels (which wouldn't have been a big deal but in the description it stated they were provided so we didn't bring many) until we went to two different offices to pick some up. The closest office was within 0.2 miles but they had nothing there so we had to drive to another one several miles away. The elevator did not work, which wasn't a problem for our group but could have been had we had disabled people in the group. The description states there is room to park 5 cars in the driveway but there was definitely not that much room especially if you have larger vehicles. You could probably park 5 very compact cars, however then it would have been difficult to have a spot for the golf carts. There were 2 golf carts there but apparently we were only allowed to use the smaller one. There was a large 6 person golf cart there but we were told it was for owner use only even though the keys to both were on the same key ring. This larger cart took up potential parking space also. The street is off limits to park on also. We had one vehicle parked on the street for maybe 15 minutes to shuffle cars around. The "President of the Homeowners Association " came and knocked on the door to ask us to move it off the street. We requested to borrow a vacuum cleaner at least twice but never got one even though we were told someone would bring one by. Beach access is close enough to walk to but it's a bit of a hike. With such a small golf cart, several in our party rented bicycles for the week and that turned out to be a great option. The house had plenty of kitchen items and sleeping space. The A/C worked great and there were plenty of bathrooms. We enjoyed it very much overall.

house at Santa Rosa

First time we had rented a house and it was not as good an experience as we would have liked. The property had not been cleaned well and there were some issues with the home that should have been cared for sooner. The community and pool were very nice.
