We booked and paid for 6 nights but stayed only one night. It is a ridiculously annoying place to stay- very noisy Aircon in the room( hub said it felt like we're still on the plane), sink in the bathroom is clogged, our WiFi didn't work, key card room did not work, no bath mat, floor of bathroom is wet, the taps of the shower were annoying, reversibg the on and off, if I turn off the shower, the water from the bottom tap turns on, it was awful to use. I have not finished showering and the new soap given has become flattened like the size of a one peso coin! Reception never kept their promises, no bath mat, no hand towel, no soap came. The next day, I decided to check out even if we paid for 6 nights. Security and people at the redty we're very helpful, food was good there, but the hotel itself is really crap! We stayed here in 2019, booked two rooms to be near my family but this time, the facilities have become so bad. If you are given 311, run away! It's the worst hotel room we have been to, been up 30 countries mind you! The light and fab at the bathry is controlled by one switch and it was so noisy when it's on. The door kept alarming too, hey card was dodgy. Never again! Can I still get my money back? They did not deliver as they promised We went to Microtel, it was very comfortable there and quiet!

Great hotel that is a bit outdated in room favor and painting. Great staff, security, & breakfast. Area is not the best...

This is a hotel where for the first time I see male workers out do the female ones the doorman/gaurd ws brilliant always witha smile the housekeepers are all males that i saw in 5 days again always polite and with a smile te cooks servers all males chatty polite and with a smile unfortunately the female staff from reception to restaurant did not even get a smile from them always had a serious look and neer polite i would not be staying here agan the in house room menus needs big improvements not alot for english tourism

Staff are very attentive. But some amenities like hand towel is not an, when I asked about it they said use the towel. Si after using the toilet, we had to go to the next room to wash our hands, then go back to the toilet/ shower room to dry our hands! Then the next day, the housekeeper on our floor gave me a washer. However, because our Aircon dripped and wet the floor, we had to move to the next room and si there's no hand towel again, so back to the rigmarole. Kettle had to be requested as well. At the breakfast, you need to ask for milk if you want to have cereals or milk for your coffee. But, in the end, we still had a good stay though we got cold and coughs so not all days were pleasant.

we check early morning 6am so check is 12 noon i had to huggle to have late check out 1 pm .about midday they called our room if we are extending our stay i said no. we had breakfast 9 am.the lift is not working we had to walk down stairs.luckily by the time we finish our breakfast the lift is working. the bad side is that the room is not great the curtain blind its been tape were the fabric is torn.and when we try to roll it up it didn't work .room is dusty.hallway carpet is very dirty. in the lift they put r carpet on the of the old dirty carpet .
