Both chairs at the table were horribly filthy. The table itself was falling apart. Need a new controller for the TV. The shower was small but very nice with instant hot water and the king size bed was very comfortable. Excellent location, quarter mile from Starbucks, one mile from Montgomery Village.

This place isn't as pictured. It's pretty shabby, no dishes in the kitchen and the bathroom sink is separate from the shower and toilet. The patio was dirty with no furniture, so we didn't sit outside. There is a pool, but not inviting. The best part was the location near the Flamingo resort and Montgomery Village. We won't be returning here.

The staff were super friendly and we were comfortable here, and would even consider staying again. It is very good for the price. I think the only things I complained about were the weirdly build shower and the tv not working very well. Other than that it was a clean, quiet hotel!

We stayed three nights. Our room was never cleaned while we were there. I asked the office manager why the room was not cleaned, after we placed the please clean card on the outside door, and I was told the maid called in sick! We had to go to the laundry room to get clean towels. The location is great, the staff is friendly, if the could provide better service things would be great.

Short stay

The stay was great for my purposes, room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were dated if you are coming for a resort vibe it’s not here. The vending machines are not stocked, cute little coffee shop on site open 8am to 1:30 pm. If you want to use the kitchenette there is a fee for dishes pots etc available from front office. Office staff helpful easy check in. I will use again as I just need something clean and safe in the area.

Worked for us

Room was fine for our needs. The little kitchenette was a nice bonus, but we didn’t have any cooking utensils or silverware to be able to use it. The chairs were old and stained.

The hotel was in a good location close to stores and services and there was a very good cafe on site, though it was not operated by the hotel. My room, however, was in a terrible location with my window opposite a maintenance closet, that made it so dark I had to turn on lamps during the day. The guy in the office was less than friendly and I was given no info regarding the maid service, of which there was none during the 4 days of my stay. Nor was there any written info in the room.

In a great area of S.F. and a ‘gem in disguise’. Looks like an old motel that has been well maintained, but when in the room, you feel like you are at a new Hilton. Great value, nice staff, and very quiet. There is shopping and great restaurants nearby, and in a very safe area as well. Great for families or mature adults who just want a nice room and a place to leave a nice vehicle without worry. Will stay here again!

Old motel on the outside but clean renovated rooms inside. Staff friendly and helpful. Attached restaurant only open for breakfast / lunch. Doors are noisy when opening and closing. Our room was in a breeze-way that amplified outside noises. Upstairs was moving furniture around for awhile but all in all a quiet night.
