We traveled as a family and we liked how easy check in was, easy parking (despite the parking fee) and rooms were easy to find. Room sizes were good and beds were firm and comfortable. Bathroom size was reasonable.
Our stay included breakfast so my family enjoyed a reasonable basic hot breakfast buffet with eggs, bacon, sausages, breads, pastries and lots of fruit. There were a LOT of fresh blackberries and blueberries to my son's delight. Very kid friendly.
They also had a lobby morning coffee and tea bar for guests in general.
My only complaint was when I tried to call and text housekeeping at around 9pm, nobody picked up. I needed extra towels since there were only 2 sets and my son didn't have a set. We ended up giving him the small hand towels to use, but I wish someone was attend the housekeeping line.
