Unusual for a rather downscale town, but still felt authentic to the surroundings. Beautiful public spaces on all floors with scenic views. And a genuinely warm staff. "

The requirement of a water taxi to get to the hotel while daunting at first, is not an issue at all as they are cheap and plentiful. Our room had a great ocean view. "The property is located on the Main Street in Santa Cruz Island. You have shops and restaurants closed by. Neighborhood is charming and safe. You can walk everywhere. Hotel is nice and clean . Staff is very friendly and service is excellent. Only complaint i have is the room wall can be thinned. You can hear a lot of noises from your room. I can hear people turn ing on the shower faucet and water running when sleeping at night. We were mainly out during the day time and used the room to sleep at...
