"The entire stay was excellent. The host Carlos, at the front was incredible. He was so helpful. Besides checking us in quickly, he gave us helpful tips on things to do, history information, and even walked my family twice to two incredible restaurants. Over the top a great guy. As a matter of fact, the entire staff was wonderful. The ladies working in the kitchen, the maids were all wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel!!!"

"The staff was super friendly. We had to take the bus for Machu Picchu at 5 am before the breakfast buffet opened and they offered to make us a breakfast box (sandwich, juice, cookie, brownie)."

"Clean, comfortable, attractive room. Amazing view of the river. Worth paying extra for it. Breakfast buffet had very good selection and quality. Amazing service. Picked us up at train station and carried our suitcase to hotel. Did same on way back. One-minute walk to the bus stop. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Staff was terrific. Travelers got separated and staff here helped both parties. The one who hiked got caring aid - food, information about other travelers options, offers to help with communication. The one who did not hike got excellent information on how to meet up in another town on the following day. Staff kept in touch after. Food was abundant and delicious."
