Not be left alone at the property
Be housebroken / guest is responsible for cleaning up waste
Not be allowed on ANY furniture
Guests are liable for any damage caused by the service animal and that additional charges may apply. Please note that the floors are old, soft wood and so a larger dog running through the house could cause damage to the floors.
