I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, especially considering the reasonable price. My only suggestion would be to provide an iron for guests, which would enhance the overall experience. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to assist.

The hotel was very nice located, the city centre, public transportation, supermarkets and restaurants are very close. The room was okay. The furniture is quite old, the kitchen could be better equipped and only one big pillow for two persons is also not so nice. But all in all it’s okay for a few nights to explore Santander.

This hotel is a complete waste of time, confirned my booking along with hotels.com the emails from the hotel and hotels.com saying that they can't honour the booking and recommend3d another hotel which i booked, then 5 hours later emailed me saying they can honour the booking after i had booked the other hotel, they charged me and will not refund my payment, complete rip off merchants, stay well clear of this hotel shambles

Pentryt saknade kniv att hacka grönsaker med, inte ens en brödkniv. Även potatisskalare saknades. Fanns inte att få låna heller - frågade efter kniv både hos städpersonal och reception. I receptionen saknades gästtoalett. Ett boende "very basic". Rent, men "outdated" och slitet. Nära till två större livsmedelsbutiker.
