In this paved area you will also find 1 outdoor shower where you can rinse off when coming from the beach or after a walk around the field. At the same time, on the outside of villa there are fruit trees and a 90 m2 fenced in lawn area, which is perfect for younger children to enjoy. This house has a total of 3 furnished terraces (2 of them can be accessed from 2 of the bedrooms on the 1st floor): 2 are 12 m2 in size and the 3rd one is 30m2. The house is surrounded by a 24m2 porch where you can enjoy wonderful evenings outdoors with family and friends. Near the porch there is also 1 fixed barbecue where you can enjoy cooking outdoors. Besides all this, this property has 1 gym with 2 machines on the 1st floor, and an area in the courtyard where you can play basketball and table tennis. The privacy of this villa is partial and has outside space to park 5 vehicles, as well as a charger for electric cars.
