The Cala Mondrago Nature Reserve with its fine sandy beaches is only a 5-minute drive away. The park can be explored via various trails, and with a bit of luck, you might spot one of the few remaining wild tortoises. The generously sized outdoor area offers both sunny spots and covered terraces, a front garden with lawns, several palm and carob trees, and a large sun terrace. The large private pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun loungers – perfect for enjoying long summer days.

Ullastre is a holiday home spread over two floors, built in a traditional style. Mallorcan elements were deliberately incorporated into its construction. The facade is clad in natural stone, and inside, visitors are greeted by spacious, high-ceilinged rooms with rustic ceiling beams and large terraces with beautiful panoramic views. The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with glass doors leading to the terrace and pool area. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with a small table, provides access to another terrace with a barbecue area and a built-in grill. A small utility room with a washing machine is accessible from the kitchen. Also on the ground floor are a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, both with access to a terrace offering panoramic views. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. A separate toilet is also located on the ground floor.
