"During my late checking (I arrived at the hotel at 2am.) My room as requested Was not available. They placed my in a different room but the next day my stay was upgraded to a better room that I originally booked for, they also didn’t charge me for the first night. We were please with how quick they solve the initial misunderstanding."

"All went really well, except at the very end when It took me over 20 minutes for the receptionist to figure out how to print me a hard reciept. I ended up leaving without it. that was frustrating."

"The property was amazing! It is a very well kept, and clean property. The room was really really big and comfortable. The views… omg! The staff was really friendly and helpful. It is an amazing property to relax and disconnect from the city. Perfect romantic getaway as well. And the restaurant - no words to describe it. The restaurant prices were very fair and the food was really really good. The hotel included a breakfast and they have an entire menu to choose from, we tried several options and they were all delicious. Will definetly be coming back to this charming hotel. Staff mentioned they were working on a pool or jacuzzi and if this is so, it is going to be even more perfect. The only thing I would suggest- have front desk staff that can help out a little more with coordination and recommendations."

"Room was outdated and found a barely dead roach in my room river view. But the view was good and didn’t have any issues with any other bugs in my room. Staff is nice. Only down side is in restaurant to drink my own wine with food I ordered from them they wanted me to pay them 60% of their list price of that bottle. So what I paid for bottle +just give them like $15-20 because I didn’t buy from them. Restaurant has an amazing river view"
