Lovely clean hotel, nice vibe, good food. Staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was the pool which was very cold and when anyone actually swam in it the water overlapped and wet our terrace and steps down to our room. Apart from that it was very good.

This stay was horrible. The air conditioning in our room did not work for a full 24 hours in 80-90 degree weather. The hotel manager was dismissive and rude when we asked to fix it and gave us one fan for 4 people to share overnight. We were forced to sleep on cushions on the floor with all doors open overnight and in order to get airflow and all be in front of the single fan. The following day, after terrible and uncomfortable sleep, he kicked us out of our room for 4 hours to have the entire a/c unit switched out. When I asked for a partial refund due to not receiving the room in the appropriate conditions I paid for he refused saying “these things happen.” I received no fair compensation for this major problem not to mention safety hazard that we dealt with. Do not give this man your business

Die herrliche Lage direkt am Strand mit eigenem Pool führt zu einem insgesamt sehr guten Urteil über das Sellada Beach Hotel. Gorgeous property, amazing service and awesome location. I booked this property for a 10 day vacation in Greece with 5 days in Santorini. I decided to book ok the Perissa side to be near the beach and away from the north west side of the island which are more expensive. This property was amazing. The rooms were cleaned and very well maintained taking into account the COVID-19 guidelines. The hotel is family managed with an amazing service and they all worked extremely hard for long hours to maintain the hotel and the restaurant. The restaurant had a great breakfast, both the breakfast that is included if booked with the breakfast option or the a la carte. Dinner was amazing as well well cooked and great presentation and service. The view from the restaurant was awesome especially in the morning facing the beach which is a few steps crossing the road. Restaurant service is offered either right on property or at the beach including drinks. Highly recommend the hotel and will book again for our next vacation to Santorini.

Be careful with their towels because they will charge you $25 Euros for each towel that you damage. This hotel looks like it’s family owned and all they care for is your money. The receptionist and staff are not friendly or courteous whatsoever.

Séjour avec deux enfants en bas âge

Séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel avec charme directement placé en face de la plage. Hôtel très propre, déjeuner copieux, donc très bon souvenir, mais juste un petit couac à l'arrivée: Étant donné que le site hotels.com indiquait que la chambre en question pouvait recevoir deux adultes et deux enfants (studio), nous avons réservé celle-ci pour 2 adultes tout en ajoutant une courte explication que nous arrivions avec deux enfants en bas âge (1 an et 3 ans)...nous avons réservé de la sorte car, en indiquant 4 personnes (2 adultes + 2 enfants en bas age), le site ne proposait subitement plus ledit studio, mais 2 chambres.. À notre arrivée, Le gérant s'est montré intransigeant, exigeant de nous un supplément en argent pour la "troisieme personne" (enfant de 3 ans) logeant dans le sudio (composé d'un lit double et d'un canapé lit)...nous avons payé (environ 40 euros) ce supplément tout en précisant que nous trouvions cette demande mal advenue et non justifiée.

I can not say a negative thing about this property. The staff were all incredibly friendly and hardworking. The hotel is beyond beautiful, large breakfast buffet with more than enough choices. I would definitely stay there again.

Room provided was adequate for my stay. Comfortable bed, however on the shower door the bad visible rust. The pool was cold due to the surrounding buildings, especially in the afternoon. Lots of stairs which makes it difficult for young children or those using a wheelchair. Other than that I was happy with the facilities provided.
