Surpreendeu

Fomos atendidos com bastante carinho e gentileza por todos, porém gostaria de destacar a atenção que nos foi dispensada pelo Arthur e pela Paloma. O lugar é aconchegante e a comida é bem gostosa. Viajamos com uma criança muito agitada que tem 10 anos e ela adorou o final de semana. Com certeza voltaremos.

Atmosfera tranquila

O hotel fazenda é muito tranquilo embora seja próximo da rodovia que tem um pouco de ruído. O jantar foi maravilhoso. Café da manhã simples com bolo de cenoura e chocolate com cobertura de chocolate que amei. A banheira não funcionou e recebi desconto. A varanda é ótima com rede. O colchão é mole que poderia ser melhor. Bom atendimento.

Tudo bom, mas falta profissionalismo e noção

O atendimento foi excelente, todos muito acolhedores, apesar da recepção estar em reforma e improvisada, nada atrapalhou o check-in e check-out. O café da manhã também foi muito bom, assim como o almoço, os pratos eram simples, justos e muito bem temperados, gostinho de comida de casa, eu adorei! As instalações no geral estão um pouco carente de manutenção e um pouco velhas, mas ainda funcionam bem e cumprem o seu papel e o único ponto negativo foi o cão da dona que ficava circulando pela pousada (até aí nenhum problema, eu adoro cão e tenho um também), mas ele ficava na porta do quarto latindo ao ouvir minha famílias dentro, e isso ocorreu em vários momentos do dia, incluindo as 22h (quando meu filho pequeno já tentava dormir) e as 6h da manhã... e a dona não veio tirar, ele só parou quando cansou de latir. Quando você sai de casa, quer se sentir bem vindo e acho que ninguém se sentiria com um cachorro latindo pra você, enquanto você está na sua privacidade, no seu quarto. Ele avançou no filho de uma outra família hospedada e a dona disse "engraçado ele não se dá com homens/meninos" e ficou por isso mesmo (?) e a pousada é pet friendly, ou seja, um amigo levou o dele da mesma raça e tamanho, claro que não deu outra, o da dona invadiu o quarto dele latindo pro do meu amigo e novamente, nem desculpas foram pedidas... Eu sinceramente gostei bastante, mas não voltaria por tamanha falta de noção dos donos...

O hotel caiu muito em qualidade nas instalações, limpeza, chuveiro com pouquíssima água caindo, piscina com limo e mofo em algumas paredes. Lamentável! Era um hotel muito bom. Espero que revitalizem e invistam na recuperação do mesmo. Faltando administração.

Carece de mais empregados para manutenção do local

A expectativa foi de melhoria na estrutura do Hotel Tia Dora (já estivemos antes a alguns anos atrás) ao considerar as fotos apresentadas. Contudo a falta de pessoal de suporte continua. Nos deram um upgrade, porém o chuveiro carece de manutenção. Encontramos duas atendentes que nos receberam bem, mas pareciam estar sozinhas. Eu até consegui regular um pouco o jato de água. No café da manhã foi minha família e um casal. Uma das atendentes teve de fazer o papel da cozinha. Acabei passando mal no caminho de lá para o Rio de Janeiro. Em suma, meio abandonado.
