Apartamento novo, muito confortável, cama excelente, chuveiro excelente. A única coisa que achei que falta alguns utensílios de cozinha, como uma forma e sanduicheira. Mas certamente vou voltar!

Very bad experience

It was a very bad experience using Charlie. 1. Cleaning: - property not well cleaned - bed confort was dirty and not replaced - floor not cleaned 2. Kitchen - we stayed as a family of 4, and there were not enogh silverware for a whole family - no kitchen towel or any paper towel - Laundy: they have a laundry machine but no soap, anything, at least for 1 night so you can plan and buy for the following days 3. AC was not working and leaking, and according to the maintenance person, it is a problem of project 4. Communication: It is the worst part - any communication is via Whatsapp, so very difficult to get anything - we had a holiday in the middle and there is NO COMMUNICATION during holiday, so be lucky to not have a problem. That is unacceptable to not have service. 5. Check in: - Check in is also online only. I could not do the check in in advance for the family online because of the system, and at the moment we arrived my family was not allowed to get in. So I had to do everything via Whatsapp and waiting for almost 2 hours to get the rest of the family registered so they could get into the building (yes they had to wait outside in the street). In summary, space is ok as it is a full apartment, but the experience of the stay was not according to the expectation.

Ótimo apartamento para a família.

O apartamento era excelente para a familia. Tive um probleminha com a tomada do quarto, que desarmava o disjuntor. A equipe de manutenção não consertou, mas deixei de usá-la e ficou tudo bem.

A localização é excelente, e o apartamento super amplo, camas confortaveis, roupas de cama limpas. Deixou a desejar a limpeza do chão...embaixo das camas tinha muita poeira. E a cozinha também havia alguns pontos de sujeira. Sugiro colocarem mais itens de cozinha. Tem um forno excelente, mas não tem uma forma para assar. No geral gostei muito e voltaria sim.

Bom para pernoitar

No geral foi razoavel. A localização é boa, o tamanho do apartamento é confortável, somente deixando a desejar na limpeza e no espaço do quarto que não era suíte; bem como a porta desse cômodo que não fechava. O aparelho de ar-condicionado dos quartos também não estava gelando.

Nao e hospedagem, é apenas dormitorio!

Ir ficar em um lugar que você nao pode receber um prestador de serviços, que nao pode receber uma maquiadora e cabelereira, nao pode refeber visitas, nao pode receber encomendas na portaria nao e ficar num apto alugando para morar por uma estadia, é ter apenas um lugar para dormir. Nada pode! A programcao que fiz toda para ter conforto nao consegui porque nao permitiram entrar a minha prestadora de servico. Se vc quer so um lugar pra dormir, ok. Mas se quer algo alem, nao fique!
