In 6 days stay a had several broken things ( remote control, toilet flushing, air conditioning). Some of the recepcionists did not speak english. The room was big and clean, the breakfast good.

Hotel muito bem localizado em São Paulo. Excelente

Equipe do hotel muito solicita e pronta para atender. Tivemos um problema com hospedagem no 4 andar (andar de fumantes) e prontamente trocaram de quarto com sorriso no rosto. Vale a pena usar este estabelecimento. Quando de volta a São Paulo estarei lá com minha família.

O local é excelente! Quarto bom, arejado. Porém, solicitei à recepção uma taça de vinho. A recepcionista solicitou-me descesse para pegar a taça, pois não tinha quem pudesse levar até ao meu quarto. Como assim???? Outra questão, o embarque e desembarque dos hóspedes é ruim. Os carros param na porta do hotel, ficam ali parados, sem motorista e você que está chegando, não consegue desembarcar e ninguém atende, mesmo buzinando...

Good value, everything we needed, superb staff.

All our basic needs were met. It's the perfect place to catch some sleep and make your way around the city. No frills like a pool or gym but definitely a good value. The star of this hotel were the staff. There was a young lady that worked the night shift that was super kind and helpful. In fact all the staff were great. Would recommend!
