I would go again

Overall pleasant stay. Pros: good AC, good location, refrigerator, comfortable and clean. Cons: Internet was spotty, very tiny TV with only a few channels, breakfast not so good but it is free/included.

I rated honestly - I came here for the low price and got exactly what I expected. But - it was clean, great water pressure in the shower. The area is pretty sketchy, especially at night, lots of homeless and “drogas”. But if you’re on a tight budget it fits the bill perfectly. Wi- fi in the room supported streaming but was not always consistent

Comfortable Hotel in somewhat sketchy surroundings, which used to be the center of Sao Paulos cinema scene. Friendly and helpful owner. The room has a special electric outlet for european plugs with a own switch

My family from Denmark, we has 4 people, 2 parents and 2 children, therfore we booked 2 rooms, but both rooms are in two places faraway from toghether, our room in on the 1st floor, our children's room is on the 7th floor, there is no internet and it's very cold, because there is no heating/aircondition, so both our children got sick with colds and coughs after. It's very noisy in the hotel at night, we can't sleep. We never want comback to this hotel. A lot of bed bugs, dark atmosphere, NOT-Accessible wifi, Old facilities. O hotel é muito bem localizado, fica bem perto da 25 de março, muito policiamento nas proximidades mas o sentimento e o medo de ser assaltado é constante. Café da manhã bem simples, mas honesto, como mas fotos. Único ponto que deixa a desejar é a cama e os travesseiros são bem fracos, a acústica do quarto que fica de frente da rua é péssima, a pessoa escuta tudo oque está se passando lá fora. O chuveiro é ótimo e o banheiro espaçoso. O quarto tinha um leve cheiro de mofo.

Qualidade decaiu

TV sem controle, café da manhã péssimo, sempre fico na rede de hotéis Buenos e nunca tinha visto um café da manha tão pobre como desse dia, suco artificial sem sabor, pão duro, pouquíssimas opções e olha que o Cinelândia é um dos mais caros da rede, já havia me hospedado antes várias vezes e essa foi a primeira vez que vi nessa situação, parece redução de custos porém sem redução de preço no diária.

Excelente!

Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos os funcionários, principalmente pelo Matheus, que nos deu dicas locais e foi extremamente simpático. As instalações muito boas, bom café da manhã, chuveiro bom, quarto limpo, cama confortável. A região pede atenção para circular, mas estava muito bem policiada. Próximo de comércio e transporte público, fica numa região bem central, onde se faz muita coisa a pé.

Boa localização .

O quarto é espaço, cama boa,café poderia ter mais opções; chuveiro esquenta pouco, a localização é boa, apesar de ter muito barulho no entorno e moradores de rua. Mas há policiais por toda parte e não vi morador de rua mexer com ninguém, estação do metrô fica próxima, ônibus; há restaurantes e lanchonetes bem próximo.
