Beach House of the Hour
- Beautiful Beach house, 100 meters from the Beach, with everything you and your family need to spend pleasant moments in one of the best beaches of the North Coast - Toque Toque Pequeno. All comfort: Electric Cockpit, Brewery, Horizontal Freezer, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Jacuzzi, Swimming Pool. Near Supermarket, Restaurant, Beach Service, Shop for boat rentals, tours, etc. Condominium closed with 24 hour security. Space for parking at will. Minimum 2 days (out of season) Carnival minimum 5 days.
Homemade available for cleaning pool and jacuzzi daily. We do not offer cleaning services of the house but the person who is familiarized with the house can be hired separately, if necessary.

Excelente imovel
Alugamos 02 casas para passamos o carnaval, ambas no mesmo condominio, uma dela a casa do sr. Severino. A casa é excelente, tem uma área de lazer ótima (piscina, jacuzzi, churrasqueira, forno de pizza e choppeira) muito bem integrada com a sala/cozinha, tanto que usamos bem mais esta casa do que a outra durante o dia. Não utilizamos os 05 quartos devido a divisão das casas... os 04 quartos do terreo tem tamanho bom, e o quarto do piso superior é enorme... Todos adoraram a casa e com certeza alugariamos novamente. Fica em um pedaço do condominio bem reservado e com isso dá uma privacidade muito boa - e fica a pouco mais de 300m da praia. Contratamos a dona Denise para cuidar da limpeza que conhece tudo na casa (trabalha na casa a mais de 20 anos) e nos ajudou com as comidas das crianças, muito prestativa.
