House in MARESIAS, ad disabled, do not book

The house is within a private village. Next to it we have a condominium and opposite inns and houses. A quiet and very residential street. The property is on a 800m2 plot and the house has 400m2 of built area.
It has 04 suites, a TV room, two kitchens, private pool, barbecue and private pizza oven and 10 parking spaces.
This TV room can become the 5th home suite the guest wants.
All of these spaces have a ceiling fan.
A house made for 20 people comfortably, and a maximum of 24 people (above that it is important to check with the owner).

We have two kitchens, one indoor and one in the ballroom. Both are complete and ready to welcome you and your family.

In the internal kitchen we have a gourmet barbecue, for more elaborate foods and for those who do not want to stay in the open space. This kitchen has a 400 liter refrigerator and freezer on top, stove with oven, microwave, cupboards and all kitchen utensils (what's missing is just asking).

In the outdoor kitchen we have another 400-liter refrigerator with a freezer and a stove, which is 06 burners. Two sinks, large barbecue and pizza oven. Really a huge space for you to have your barbecue, birthday or simply celebrate with your family and friends.

Our pool is the IGUI brand, one of the market leaders. It has an accident prevention system, which prevents the suction of children's hair. It has LED night light, accommodates 20 people very well. It's brand new !!!!
We offer 04 Marfinite loungers for use.

Our private parking holds up to 08 small cars. On the outside we have another 04 very large slots. So there's no room for cars here.

We have a hammock (space for hammocks) next to the pool, an incredible place for you to relax and enjoy nature.
Connected to this space is the campfire space. A large and safe fire pit for you to be able to warm up on cold days or simply make the climate more pleasant with the fire. These two spaces are next to each other .... A DELIGHT OF SPACE.

We also have a mini KIDS space in the house. An area with sand from the beach for your puppies to have a great time. Beside we have the BABY bonfire. Of course, we do not want to encourage the little ones to deal with fire, but how about teaching them some techniques, care and responsibilities? You will love it.

We cannot forget to mention the VIVÊNCIA space. Next to the pool, we have a 6m2 pergola with treated eucalyptus wood. Under this pergola we have the space LIVING. Cast iron tables and chairs with demolition wood shape this environment in a perfect place to have a wine, beer, chat, meditate or simply enjoy nature.

The ballroom has a barbecue, a pizza oven, a pool table, a table to accommodate 10 people and another 04 tables for another 16 people. a total of 24 people seated.
Plastic tables can be used inside the house and in the pool area.

The televisions in the TV room and bedrooms are all remote controlled.
All suites have a double bed and a bunk bed. It also has a ceiling fan, TV and 01 large closet. Each room can accommodate 04 people in beds, you can place another single mattress, therefore staying up to 5 people per room.

The house can accommodate a maximum of 24 people, between bedrooms and living room. We provide up to 19 places with mattresses, the rest must be brought by the guest.

The bathrooms in all rooms are complete with American Box tempered glass box.

We have satellite TV (open TV channels)

Our street is a private and private street for residents ..

The security of the house is total, the wall is 3m high with Espetina fence, material used for army fences.

We have a service provider that does some housework. He will deliver the pool clean and ready for use. 1 cleaning will be done in the rented period. Any extra cleaning must be arranged with the owner.
This cleaning of the pool can be at any time of the day. If you need, we will schedule a time for your best comfort.
The service provider can also be contacted by the guest for some services such as: gas change, lamp change, simple sink or toilet unclogging, fan maintenance, opening and closing the house, help with problems with the television, stove, microwave or refrigerator (if the problem is not resolved, a specialist technician will be called).
Remembering that he is not an employee but a service provider. On his first availability on the day he will fulfill the request.

The house will also be delivered to the guest clean. Any extra cleaning needs to be arranged with the owner.

The house was built now in 2014 and no effort was spared to build a house of excellent quality. Mainly because we are users of the house too.
