The one exception was Sunday, when the power and water went out—though that is beyond the host's control and is a city issue. However, the place is cozy; just be sure to arrive in an SUV or off-road vehicle, as you have to drive up steep trails that a standard car wouldn't be able to handle."

"I was very happy with the choice of staying at this place. I stayed for two months and was able to cook. The beds were comfortable and the space felt large. There is a large front porch with rocking chairs that has views of the mountains. So when it rains you can still hang out on the porch. The sunset clouds are so beautiful. There is the most wonderful local family that overseas the property. The only downside is the road up to the place is really rough."

"The house overseas the kiosks on the beach. An absolute breathtaking view. The house itself is stunning. Very well kept and clean. There is a family that takes care of the house and makes sure you are satisfied with any needs. 5 mins before getting to the house, you will be met with steep slopes but definitely possible and safe. "Everything about our experience at Morgan’s Rock was absolutely perfect. It is, without a doubt, the most beautiful hotel property I’ve ever stayed at, and every moment felt so special and memorable. Waking up to monkeys climbing through the trees outside our room was truly magical. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and gracious, the food was delicious, and the drinks were even better. The entire experience felt so peaceful and personal, surrounded by the incredible beauty of the property and the ocean. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and fully appreciate where you are. I couldn’t recommend Morgan’s Rock enough!"
