Wow at first you think a beautiful building, a full spa, and a balcony with views are a great value for a hotel. But everything was bad. Shower drain clogged, no hot water (just barely warm water) , breakfast is very poor quality - only one salad for a health resort. Spa pool was so dirty, there were puddles of water in front of pool, I was afraid to step in and lockers don’t have locks. Very outdated equipment

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Mainly because the whole places smelt so so so bad, it was just awful, I have never stayed anywhere that smelt that terrible, it made me feel sick and was hard to sleep.

The bathrooms need to be updated as the tubs are too deep and the smaller rooms shower bed is too flimsy Also, the faucet was spraying all over the place instead in the sink TV was way too small for the room Overall, I was not too happy as my room was downgraded to accommodate my dad’s limited ability to move and use the bathroom in the bigger room (hence deep tub) and was given a smaller room with no money back I will not stay here again

Ett stort hotell med möjlighet att ordna störa fester, tyvärr innebär det att man kan bli störd av ljud från fester och gäster. Spa avdelning inriktad på behandlingar, ingen tillgänglighet till pool eller spapool. Bar inriktad på kaffe, sparsamt med utbud av alkoholhaltiga drycker. Bra parkering. Nära till Tunnel of life. Lätt att gå till spårvagn och åka till centrum.

It was a horrible experience for us. Temperature was 6 degree celcius outside we asked them to activate heating of the air conditioner they said that it is a normal weather for them and they can only activate during winter. We lived under our blankets for 3 days. They are asking extra fee if you want thermal treatment as well. It is not included in the normal hotel booking. Overall, the first 3 days of our bosnia trip was horrible. Thank you Terme for making this happened.

February visit for 1 night

Like many other during the winter season, the hotel was under repair works. I was hoping there would be a shop nearby that sells swimwear so I could visit the pool and spa area, but nothing of sort there. Perhaps best to stay there a few days & bring your own swim/gym wear. On the positive side, it’s close to the airport and shuttle bus was provided, beds are comfortable and it was relatively quiet.

Kunne blive et dejligt sted. Med lidt mere hjerte.

Tja sku ha været hentet, men det ku man ikk pga flyforsinkelse. Og vi havde dog talt i telefon om ankomsten. Værelse med enten altan eller terresse exersiterede ikke. Så fik først en krog, siden ved anmærkning dog et værelse med et lille blik til haven. Morgenmaden religions venlig, tør og kedelig. Sidste dag en meget høflig og venlig mand ved skranken. Her opdagede så at prisen ikk var som aftalt. Og blev ikk reguleret. Chaufføren til lufthavnen havde mere travlt med at ryge end at få os i lufthavnen til tiden. Heldigvis for os har vi boet i området ellers tror ikke jeg ville komme igen.
